We are currently looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to be a HR Assistant & Receptionist.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs administrative and office support activities for HR Department.
  • Schedule and inform interview session for candidates and coordinate with the hiring managers.
  • Maintaining housekeeping, waste disposal, building maintenance, safety and landscaping contracts and agreement.
  • Make travel and hotel arrangements for internal staff, board and visitors.
  • Arrangement for meeting rooms and facilitates visitors and guests needs like lunch or tea breaks as hosts.
  • Ability to conduct search for information using search engines.
  • Perform some level of HR functions as determined from time to time such as Leave management and Work Visa Renewal.
  • Support finance to mail out letters and cheques.
  • All general administration duties including answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, email correspondence, filing and faxing.as directed by the HR Manager/ Executive.
  • Consolidate overtime payment for operations department.
  • Prepare and replenish stationary of all employees including new employees.
  • Monitor and ensure all pantry items like beverages are replenished on time.
  • Papers for Copier machines – To monitor the usage and replenish if required and direct vendors to right area to shelf the boxes of papers.
  • Monthly review, matching and preparation of Credit card statement for finance department.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE A level or Certificate/ Diploma in Office Administration or HR
  • At least 2 years of administrative or HR related experience
  • High EQ and strong communication skills
  • Ability to correspond effectively to suppliers and internal staff
  • Able to work as a team
  • Work Schedule: 0815 – 1745, Mon – Fri; Location: Yishun
