JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a worldwide customer care team. Based in Singapore, the Customer Response Center will be contracted support to customers from Europe, America and Asia.  

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Customer service-oriented
• Proficient in English
• A native speaker of one (1) of the following countries to liaise with customers of the respective nations:
  • Russia
  • Germany

The ability to liaise with customers and counterparts from Italy is advantageous.

Previous experience in a related role, computer literacy and a keen interest in digital entertainment products such as MP3 players are distinct advantages.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/ Diploma in any discipline. GCE ‘A’/ ‘O’ level holders with good results will also be considered
• Customer-oriented
• 5-day workweek
• Experience not required
• Location: near Jurong East MRT Station

Technical and language proficiency tests will be administered for these roles. Dictionaries are allowed.
