Our Client believes in putting together multiple technologies and platforms to create cohesive business-oriented solutions and products. They pride themselves in being experts in technology and having a keen understanding of business issues what those technologies could potentially address. We are currently looking for highly skilled and dynamic individual to join them as a Finance Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Finance team in overseeing the overall financial accounting and reporting functions in compliance to Accounting Standards, GST regulations & Finance Policy & guidelines of local and regional operations
  • Perform review and analysis of monthly financial and management reports of local and regional operations.
  • Responsible for cash flow planning to ensure adequate working capital liquidity
  • Preparation of the company’s budget and reporting to management on variances and reasons thereof from the established budget.
  • Provide accounting support and advice to company’s regional operations
  • Liaising with external auditor, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and relevant authorities on statutory compliance matters.
  • Support management in formulating and administer internal control procedures and policies, maintenance of appropriate financial internal controls, safeguards company assets and review risks and insurance matters
  • Interpret the company’s financial results to management and recommend improvement activities
  • Review of the company bottlenecks and recommend changes to improve the overall level of the company output.
  • Financial analysis of M&A and involve in the execution and negotiations.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by the management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Accounting / Finance or its equivalent with Professional Accounting Qualification in CPA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Minimum 7 years working experience of which 3 years in supervisory and/or managerial position
  • Experience working in a trading/ manufacturing environment is a must.
  • Possess good business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Matured, energetic and a hands-on dynamic professional and ability to adapt to changes in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently to meet the deadline and self-motivated with strong sense of accountability and able to work under pressure.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
