Our client offers facilities management services for corporate, education facilities and commercial properties in Singapore and overseas.
You will assist to manage the Food Services contract in the Healthcare Account. You will assist the Unit Manager in maintaining contact with the Client.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Unit Manager in the operations at our client site
• The second in charge of operations at client site
• Responsible for assisting to produce and presenting food items to meet customer, client expectations and Sodexo Singapore standards as well as maintain and continuously improve the efficiency and profitability of the operation
• Must be able to demonstrate success in Food and Beverage management, managing food cost & control, menu planning & presentation, budget preparation & production planning
• Assist to supervisor the on-site team including cooks, stewards, kitchen helpers, food service assistants etc.
• Ensure that all the systems and processes are implemented and followed as per the company policy
• Assist the Unit Manager in any ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:

• With previous experience in Hospital Industry will be an advantage
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience.
• Previous Food & Beverage experience.
• POS cash register software & also proficient with Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with clients and staff members

• Work at Bukit Timah (near Little India)
