Our Client is a public listed company which has been long established in the construction industry. They are urgently looking to hire a Technical Manager to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage a team of design/coordination engineers in coordinating design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities, reviewing and providing solutions to technical problems as well as planning, monitoring and reporting work progress
• Provide guidance in preparing technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings
• Lead in resolving construction issues on drawings and liaising closely with architectural and M&E teams as well as the authorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with relevant design working experience
• Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Conversant in British & Singapore Design Standards
• Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
