Team Leader – Operations
Our Client is a leading souvenir photography services provider to theme parks, water parks, resorts and leisure attractions. With nearly 3,000 trained professionals working in over 300 partner sites worldwide, our Client ensures that they provide exceptional service as they aim to aid tourist attractions provide memorable keepsakes to its customers.
They now offer an exciting opportunity to dynamic individuals as a Team Leader.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide direction and ensure that the site works smoothly from one shift to another.
- Supports the Site Manager in managing the manpower and keeping track of their daily performance.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- An expert in initiating guest interaction and offer the Company’s service
- An expert camera settings and exposures in order to capture the guest experiences
- An expert at the5 EPX and IMIX system
- Compute and record totals of transactions
- Proficient in cash handling
- Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records.
- Assists the Site Manager in completing site operational requirements by scheduling and assigning Guest Associates in specific locations and following up on captures and sell through’ s
- Works together with the site manager to maintain site staff quality by training, on the job evaluation, image quality assessment and guest service evaluations
- Follow and implement operational procedures in opening and closing the site
- Implement guidelines provided by the Human Resources Department
- Knows and understands how to train members of the team to become experts in the same field
- Achieve overall sales targets given
- Achieve individual KPI targets
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results needed
- Responsible for ensuring the site asset inventory is completed and in order
- Monitor and record the stock inventory for site
- Encourage reward and recognize the great performance within the Team
- Performs other related duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Secondary Qualification
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- A self-motivated fast learner
- Flexible and adaptable
- Has a pleasing personality, and a positive outlook
- An extrovert who does not mind striking up conversations with complete strangers
- The ability to impart knowledge and create and train others within the organization.
