Sr/ Customer Service Specialist

Our client’s global corporate headquarters is located in Singapore, in the heart of the Asia-Pacific region. It has regional headquarters in the US (Milpitas, California), Europe (Dublin, Ireland) and Asia (Singapore).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be responsible for order entry and providing customer service including returns and credits.
- You have to check on supply availability and date the order accordingly.
- You are required to manage order processing and ensure the distribution center/warehouse fulfill the order delivery of our products globally on a tactical and strategic level.
- You are accountable for customer management and conduct credit checking prior to shipment release.
- You need to perform data analysis and generate reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge in Oracle Application is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for supervisory role
- Attractive remuneration packages will commensurate with experience.
