Our client’s global corporate headquarters is located in Singapore, in the heart of the Asia-Pacific region. It has regional headquarters in the US (Milpitas, California), Europe (Dublin, Ireland) and Asia (Singapore).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will be responsible for order entry and providing customer service including returns and credits.
• You have to check on supply availability and date the order accordingly.
• You are required to manage order processing and ensure the distribution center/warehouse fulfill the order delivery of our products globally on a tactical and strategic level.
• You are accountable for customer management and conduct credit checking prior to shipment release.
• You need to perform data analysis and generate reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Knowledge in Oracle Application is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for supervisory role
• Attractive remuneration packages will commensurate with experience.
