We are currently looking for dynamic individual to join them as a Sr. Buyer Planner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate Purchase orders to vendors both local and international
• Ensure on time order confirmation and monitor shipment from suppliers
• Ensure on time shipments & consolidation of shipment to minimize shipment cost
• Manage price negotiations, pull-in of deliveries
• Liaise with vendors on RMA
• Manage customer enquiries / orders and ensure On Time Response and On Time Delivery to customers
• Monitor, improve and report On Time Delivery to Customers
• Review historical sales trends, Identify the demand forecast drivers
• Stock-planning, monitor trend and adjust demand planning accordingly
• Support developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma in Purchasing or any field
• At least 2 years of Purchasing and /or Planning experience in a manufacturing environment
• ERP experience is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft office and expert in Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
