Our client is an industry leader specializing in technical support, supply, and distribution of scientific and laboratory equipment as well as environmental, occupational health and safety monitoring instruments in the region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure proper handling of calibration items and perform calibration according to approved method
• Evaluate and troubleshooting of faulty equipment
• Ensure accuracy, reliability and confidentiality of test results
• Conduct ad-hoc installation, commissioning, calibration and after sales maintenance service to customers for environmental-monitoring instrument
• Co-ordinate closely with sales team to provide technical and after sales support to customers
• Communicating with customers on results of findings and making appropriate recommendations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum ITC or Diploma in Electronic Engineering
• Sound ability to calibrate, troubleshoot, test and conduct hands-on repairs
• Some experience in component level troubleshooting would be an added advantage
• Good knowledge and understanding in Circuit Schematic Drawing
• Good soldering skill
• Possess Class 3 Driving License (but not essential)
• Experience in or knowledge of ISO documentation (specifically ISO/IEC 17025) will be an added advantage
• Salary: $1,700 – $2,000 per month (Subject to experience and qualifications)
