RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists in preparation of tender submission and tender analysis
• Responsible for measurement of quantities and cost estimation
• Timely preparation of Bill of Quantities
• Evaluates quotation and liaises with suppliers/sub-contractors to carry out negotiation of prices
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Attends tender briefing and site show-round when required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/ Diploma in Civil/ Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Min. 3 – 5 years relevant working experience in infrastructure projects
• Knowledge in local market costing
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity
• Proficient in MS Excels and measuring software
