Secretary (6 Months Contract, CBD)

Our client Ratings’ global expertise draws on local market knowledge and spans across the fixed-income universe. The additional context, perspective and insights they provide help investors make important credit judgments with confidence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general secretarial and administrative support
- Handle travel arrangement and accommodation reservation
- Prepare and consolidate reports and presentations
- Organize appointments and perform calendar management
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by direct supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Experience in making travel arrangements
- Good telephone technique & business correspondences
- Resourceful, self-motivated, pro-active and result-oriented individual
- Excellent inter personal skills and able to communicate well with people at all levels
- Meticulous, organized and detail oriented in maintain records with time management skill
- Salary: $2500-$3300 per month (Subject to experience & qualifications)
- Location: Suntec City
