JOB SCOPE:

• Reviewing enquiries, doing cost estimations and draft quotations

• Order processing and monitor delivery schedules
• Attending to customers inquiry or feedbacks
• Making cold calls and providing sales leads
• Monitoring payment progress and ensuring timely payment from customers
• Acting as the contact person between clients and internal departments
• Resolving problems such as delivery schedule, quality issues, returns and other products issues as and when necessary
• Others Ad hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma & above
• Have a wide network and industry contact (potential clients)
• With 4-5 years’ experience in shipbuilding and marine (senior level)
• Ability to communicate in English and liaise with colleagues  from China
• Able to work at a fast pace environment
• An independent individual – able to work effectively under pressure
