Sales Executive (Chemicals, West)
Our Client is a major chemical solvents distributor in the Asia Pacific region offering a complete range of related services in chemical manufacturing, storage terminals and logistics with presence in various cities across the region and with an Export Division in Singapore.
As their business grows, they are looking for highly skilled individuals to be part of their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor customers’ purchases and provide industry and competitors movement as and when required
- Regular visits and services to existing and potential customers.
- Prepare quotation, presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries and resolve customers’ concerns.
- Ensure customer service index achieve as per QEHS objectives set.
- Monitoring debtor ageing and ensure prompt payment from customers.
- Review and recommend Customers’ credit limit and credit terms regularly.
- Evaluate cash customer to potential term customer in term of their purchase quantity and profit justification.
- Report Competitor’s information such as pricing table, sales strength etc.
- Bi-yearly update Customer’s Credit Facility Application Form Sales Presentation and Quarterly Sales Meeting Report.
- Prepare weekly Customers’ Visit Report and AR Report.
- Prepare the past 6 months purchased volume and by turnover and payment pattern.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing or Chemical Engineering is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales oriented, resourceful and self-driven
