Sales Executive
Our Client is Singapore’s leading environmental management company with a strong regional presence. Recently, they have also launched a new brand to focus on human-safe approaches to sanitation and solutions for food factories and F&B facilities.
Their track record ranges from food manufacturing facilities, building management, home to oil & gas facilities. In recognition for their efforts, they have been awarded the “Industry Star” for Food Safety & Pest Management.

OVERVIEW:
- The key responsibility will be sales and business development, with revenue generation as the key focus and performance indicator.
- Sales & Business development for new clients.
- Account management of existing clients to increase revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop own lead generation and new client contacts
- Prospect and initiating for potential new clients and turn it into increased business
- Plan sales approaches and write detailed pitches
- Responsible for key account management, with strong after sales support to customers
- Meeting sales forecast and budget
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
- Assist in identifying opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Submit regular reports covering sales activities, performance and plans
- Able to do cold calls or door to door (if required)
- To be able to maintain a high level of product knowledge all the time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Keen interest in ecologically friendly & green technologies, products and services. Experience in this industry is an advantage, though not a necessity.
- Sales-focused with a strong ability to develop good customer relations and hit sales targets. Need to demonstrate past results.
- Excellent communication skills with strong motivation for personal and team achievement.
- Entrepreneurial nature with ability to think out of the box.
- Strong ability to both write and present a sales pitch.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
- Class 3 driving license a bonus but not a requirement.
- Amenable to work in the East and work days is 5.5 (alternate Saturday).
- Benefits include transport / car / education allowance will gradually be introduced as the individual progresses.
