Sales Engineer
Our Client has successfully developed a Non-Powered Auto Tube Cleaning System for heat exchangers and condenser with R& D ingenuity and sound engineering design that covers every potential reduction in kilowatt consumption centered on defined Energy Milestone chart. This system has worldwide patent rights and our Client is appointed as the manufacturer and distributor.
As they intend to expand their business worldwide, they now offer an exciting opportunity to highly-skilled individuals to be part of their team as Sales Engineer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align global business strategy with market competition and acquire new distributor worldwide
- Carry out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness
- Contribute to the formulation of long term marketing plans
- Maintain and develop both existing and new customer relationship
- Meet / exceed sales revenue targets
- Prospect new distributors, marketing agents and customers
- Analyse the pricing position and long term profit position
- Identify and select promotional and advertising options
- Organize and attend networking sessions, events, tradeshow and exhibitions for both local and international markets
- Verbal presentation of ideas and information
- Provide consultancy and advice for internal contacts and external clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Business / Marketing or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of solution sales experience
- Relevant industrial experience in Facilities Management, M&E, HVAC, Chiller Product, Construction and Development, Oil & Gas, Marine, Architecture and/or ESCO
- Knowledge of Centralized air-con, water chiller systems, heat exchangers
- Excellent marketing and presentation skills and knowledge of international distributorship
- Outstanding relationship-building, report-writing, communication and analytical skills
- Independent, self-initiating, self-motivated and willing to travel
- Preferably with valid driving license
