Our Client is a public listed company which has been long established in the construction industry. They are urgently looking to hire a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source for suppliers and subcontractors for quotations for tendering
• Evaluate price comparison and costing summary
• Prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bills of quantities and quotations for both civil and building projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
