RESPONSIBILITES:

• Manage document control centre activities
• Review documents and enforce DCC requirement as per ISO standard & company internal requirements
• Perform and Drive ISO Internal Audits on processes and quality management system
• Establish and implement appropriate quality system improvement
• Follow up on quality issues identified to ensure corrective actions are in place and effective
• Assure that new / existing manufacturing processes are capable of producing product in conformance with established specifications
• Responsible for customer’s Audit
• Establish and maintain effective system and procedures to ensure that all manufacturing & engineering documentation are controlled & updated per established corporate, national and international regulatory guidelines
• Manage all non-conformances detected and initiate action to prevent the recurrence of non-conformity
• Plan, lead and execute in any QA projects assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a QA Engineer working in manufacturing environment
• In depth knowledge on quality system implementation, FMEA, control plan, SPC, MSA, Calibration & Document control, PPAP and APQP
• Preferably Certified Internal Auditor with minimum 2 years’ experience in conducting factory Internal Audit.
• Effectively bilingual with strong written and verbal communication skills
