It spans over South-east Asia boasting a decorated list of International clientele and it is still expanding.  They offer exciting opportunity in for qualified and experienced individuals to join their ever-growing team.

We are looking for highly motivated and company oriented individuals to join them as a Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall project management and implementation
• Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule
• Manage site activities, vendors and sub-contractors to ensure compliance to quality standards and governing codes
• Tendering & cost estimation
• Lead a team of Project Engineers, Quantity Surveyors on site activities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supervising commercial and government project.
• Good knowledge in Contract Management
• Experience in Preparation of Tender documentations
• Good analytical skills and resourceful
• Team player and able to work with all levels of staff
• Effectively bilingual to handle clients from China & Singapore
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, and to meet deadlines
• Good knowledge in project management methodology
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to interact with people at different levels
• Willing to work overtime when necessary
• Class 3 driving license
• Posses own vehicle is an advantage
