As their business continue to expand, they are now seeking highly-skilled individuals to be part of their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate and document customer requirements and estimate assembly performance prior to feasibility studies
• Perform and document customer feasibility studies
• Demonstration of equipment
• Perform and document evaluations of new system features and new processes
• Sales support for understanding customer requirements (Aiding sales by both personally understanding and by ensuring they understand the features and benefits our products and services provided and to be able to clearly communicate these benefits)
• Support for development of Buy-off Acceptance Test Procedures
• Assist in execution of Customer Buy-off Acceptance Test
• Application Process related technical support for customers; customer training; cross training of peers
• Document and develop (a) Thermal Compression Bonding and (b) Adhesive Bonding with and without heat processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
• Good lab notebook skills for recording experimental results and documenting for learning and reproduction
• Knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiment (DOE), Metrology equipment operation
• Good system level trouble shooting skills for electronics packaging processes and the ability to separate out between man, machine, or material issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and customer liaison
• Some experience in 5um to 25um placement accuracy process
• Experienced working in high volume manufacturing environment
• Support Clean Room environment
• Able to travel at short notice
