RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute effective and efficient operation plans

• Manage manpower planning, operations, maintenance, and general administration
• Maintain high quality service and products by ensuring compliance with operational procedures

• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and cost reduction initiatives

• Enforce and support training, deployment and development plans for staff

• Ensure productivity levels are reached in an effective and efficient manner

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience preferably in the Logistics industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, operational, and interpersonal skills
• Able to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers and counterparts
• Has keen interest in learning about insects and pest control
• Driving license is added advantage
• Able to work 5.5 days and in Aljunied area
• Salary: $4,500 – $5,500 per month (Subject to experience & qualifications)
