RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Completes patient care requirements by assigning nursing staff and scheduling roster
• Maintains clinic staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training nurses
• Follow up on work results and performance; Staff development and perform strategic planning to meet the long-term needs of the institution
• Promotes and restores patients health by developing day-to –day management and long-term planning of patient care and identifying patient service requirements
• Responsible for managing operations, and leading a team in delivering consistently excellent clinical services and service quality to patients
• Collaborating closely with specialists and other departments to put in place best practices and efficient processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Nursing or equivalent (Registered with Singapore Nursing Board)
• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a management level
• Prior experience in an oncology or palliative setting is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
