Our client, being the regional exclusive distributor of renowned brands of European fire-fighting and rescue vehicles for more than a decade, they have made enormous contribution to the fire/disaster prevention and rescue industry. Besides vehicles, they also distribute a comprehensive array of fire-fighting and rescue equipment, devices and solutions.

With headquarters in Hong Kong and offices in many parts of China, our client aims to be an independent procurement centre for our European Suppliers’ products as well as an operational hub for projects in Asia.

To support the fast-growing business, they are looking for a competent and committed partner to join their robust team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Company’s website development and updates as well as blog management. Candidate will also perform online customer management and cover some marketing duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-charge of all IT matters in the office
• Manage and update Company’s website
• Manage Company’s blog and updates
• Manage database of online customers
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback
• Stimulate online discussion on relevant industrial current affairs
• Oversee and support local development of Company’s regional ERP system
• Cover duties of Digital Marketing Executive during his absence
• Assist in the marketing and training of new digital product

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or degree in IT/computer studies/digital media
• Good knowledge of computer software/hardware
• Fast and skillful in graphics and multimedia software packages
• IT problem-solving capabilities and strong abilities in editorial, translation and communication
• Great learning capacity, high adaptability, strong team-player, multi-taster and hands-on worker
• Have excellent bilingual abilities in English and Chinese (spoken and written) as need to work closely with counterparts from Hong Kong and China
• Energetic individual who can travel independently and frequently
• Adaptable to diversified work cultures and practices
• Very keen interest in current affairs
• Enjoys computer gaming
• No experience required
• Salary: $3,000 – $3,500 + AWB + other benefits
• Location: River Valley / Clarke Quay
