BRIEF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the operation and accessibilities of IS Applications Services System – iScala, Reporting System, Lotus Notes and other in-house applications in APAC
• Ensure IS Application Services are in good working order at all times
• Develop and support application or code for the IS Application Services System.
• Design and support reports used by the IS Application Services System. Crystal Reports, Form design.
• Liaise with vendors for support.
• Provide helpdesk support to end-users on IS Application Services Systems

PRE-REQUISITES:

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 4 years of business applications support experience.
• Experience in Visual Basic, VBA, VB.net, Java, Crystal Reports and Microsoft SQL Server. Technical knowledge in Windows and applications related.
• Good knowledge in formulating, designing and coding on ERP.
• Able to perform system tuning, backup and recovery for servers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong Customer Service Orientation
