Our Client is one of the major construction companies specializing in the design, construction and modification of utilities main including Portable Water, NEWater, Industrial Water, Raw Water, Sewer and Gas pipelines. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conceptualize design, space planning, handle project independently from inception through completion with Project Manager
• Drawings of site plan, cad layouts, elevations and detailed drawings with material specifications, prepares presentation boards and other design documentation
• Able to read & understand technical drawing & translate to concept
• Assist in managing all aspect of design development and site implementation
• Prepares proposals for design work including sketches and other illustrations for better understanding of client
• Prepares final designs and specifications, within client’s requirements and restrictions
• Work closely with the Project Manager on the production of drawings
• Performs necessary drafting work for projects
• Performs related work as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Technical Certification or Diploma
• At least 2 years’ experience in M & E / technical drafting
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Sketchup (3D studio Max w VRay, Photoshop is preferred)
• Experienced in development of space planning, design concepts and 3D renderings for presentation
• Able to understand client briefs/guidelines and requirements
