Our client is a public listed company which has been long established in the construction industry. They are urgently looking to hire a BIM Manager to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate all construction drawings and lead a team of CAD Designers
• Responsible for BIM Standards development, implementation and enforcement
• Prepare and implement BIM execution Plan for projects/tenders
• Co-ordinate with design consultants & sub-contractors
• Assist project teams in BIM project setup
• Review design models, construction models and drawings
• Conduct regular clash detection meetings
• Ensure Modelling Quality Control

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Civil /Construction Engineering
• Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in managing building projects in BIM
• Trained in BIM Modeling and BIM Management
• Proficient in BIM, Revit (Architecture, MEP, Structure) , Naviswork
• Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
