RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend to and update customer accounts
  • Accounting data entry and record payments, invoices etc.
  • Prepare administrative work for accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Issue invoices
  • Follow up with late payment
  • Schedule jobs of technicians
  • Attend to phone calls and customers’ inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Prepare administrative documents related to operations
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma qualification
  • Good interpersonal communication skills with strong motivation for personal and team achievement
  • Well organized, independent, meticulous and ability to multitask
  • Able to work 5.5 days and in Aljunied area
  • Salary: $1,800 – $2,000 per month (Subject to experience & qualifications)
