RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage of internal resources – manpower allocation and inventory management
• Ensure operational schedules are organised well to ensure maximum efficiency
• Ability to identify all types of urban pests
• Have abundant experience in developing pest management plans for commercial clients with large factories
• Provide technical assistance to various departments to train and improve the quality of services provided
• Provide service reports and technical solutions to customers by identifying and acquiring new sales
• Plan and provide personnel technical training
• Devise, investigate and monitor situations to solve customers’ problems
• Regulate the use of pesticides

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Masters in Entomology or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience preferably in the pest management industry
• Good interpersonal communication skills with strong motivation for personal and team achievement
• Well organized, independent, meticulous and ability to multitask
• Compensation varies and is dependent on qualification/experience
• Amenable to work in Aljunied and work days is 5.5 (alternate Saturday)
• Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month (Subject to experience & qualifications)
