Sales Admin Assistant (Chemicals, West)
Our Client is a major chemical solvents distributor in the Asia Pacific region offering a complete range of related services in chemical manufacturing, storage terminals and logistics with presence in various cities across the region and with an Export Division in Singapore.
As their business grows, they are looking for highly skilled individuals to be part of their team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update and send stock inventory movement and statement to third party customers
- Fax relevant documents to customers such as Goods Release Note, Weighbridge Ticket, DFA, incoming D/O and etc
- Prepare customers’ GRN
- E-filling the relevant documents before mailing to customers
- Monitoring of Tenants Contract’s expiry date and prepare quotation for renewal
- Issuing of invoices to customers including 3rd party and tenants
- Prepare Certificate of Analysis for customers
- Prepare custom clearance permit for TJM, third party customers and suppliers
- Calculate billings for customers and monitor AR payment from Customers
- Co-ordinate all Customer Service Officers in their work
- Attend to customers’ calls, enquiries, orders and complaints
- Response to customers’ orders and requests through email and phone
- Telemarketing with active and non-active customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE N Level Qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant work experience is preferred
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (5 Days); Location: Tanjong Penjuru
- Salary: $1,600 – $1,800 (Subject to experience and qualifications)
