Our Client is a leading property organization with presence in the region and specializing in digital media and events management. They now offer an exciting opportunity for self-motivated, dynamic individuals to join their ever expanding online team in building up a strong business and regional presence for their services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive traffic to property showcases
    • Gain consumer insights on projected event participants
    • Define positioning for showcases that appeal to its key audiences
    • Create and execute strong marketing and media plans (incl. ATL, BTL, PR, and (during-event) social media)
    • Lead development of event creative materials (ads, flyers, posters, eDMs, PR materials, etc.): copywriting, direct internal / external designers, liaise with media, printers and publishers
    • Manage and optimize allocation of media budgets
    • Identify and pursue media partnerships / advertisement opportunities
    • Find and leverage opportunities in company’s overall Marketing calendar to raise awareness and traffic for events
    • Ensure ongoing engagement with event participants
    • Standardize key branding components and event materials
    • Research the opportunities available for the extension of our events both vertically and horizontally
    • Support the events Sales Heads with exciting concepts, data and ideas for our selling tools, inclusive and not restricted to trade marketing campaign and activities
    • Develop and manage ‘visitor messaging’ life-cycle for all shows (local and overseas)
    • Optimize during-event exposure for product & services: events, new product launches, member benefits, etc.
    • Build and Manage media relationships for both online and offline partnerships
    • Devise and execute trade marketing strategies to bring in more clients to participate in the events and generate post-show reports to engage participating exhibitors
    • Optimize post-event exposure & audience engagement:
    • Record key insights / messages / content from each event
    • Share event insights with key audiences / PR
    • Drive continuous improvement of events:
    • Analyse and report on event NPS (both participants and customers)
    • Track Media campaign effectiveness and optimize plans
    • Maintain event participant databases
    • Support development of sales materials and collateral
    • Ensure continuous event and brand exposure throughout the various development stages of the messages

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in events marketing, including Media planning and creative development and preferably with regional experience
  • Good understanding of property market trends and consumer preferences is an advantage
  • Flair for both online and offline marketing techniques
  • Agility to adjust the marketing plan to capture the dynamic real estate market in Singapore and the region
  • Willing to travel as and when required
  • Possess personal traits: self-starter, entrepreneurial, friendly, matured with pleasant disposition, humble, honest, and pursues high quality standards; able to perform multi-task, work under pressure in a challenging environment and manage tight deadlines.

  • Location: Newton-Novena
  • Salary: $4,000 – $4,500 per month (Subject to experience & qualifications)
