Our Client is a major chemical solvents distributor in the Asia Pacific region offering a complete range of related services in chemical manufacturing, storage terminals and logistics with presence in various cities across the region and with an Export Division in Singapore.

As their business grows, they are looking for highly skilled individuals to be part of their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issue Invoice and Delivery Order for local sales customer
• Issue Credit, Debit, Returned Inward & Replacement Note
• Monitor customer purchase order and delivery schedule
• Check and coordinate delivery schedule, stock status with Operations
• Attend to customers’ calls, enquires, order and complaints
• Inform respective Sales Personnel on customers who exceeded their Credit Limit & Terms
• Updating ROC (GHR Policy), customers SCDF Licence and Credit Application form
• Monitor and oversee Customer Service Assistant in their daily works
• Ensure price given by Sales personnel tally with quotation & within minimum selling price
• Monitor Isotank overnight charges at customer place
• Monitoring A/R Ageing Report and prepare Monthly IBC swing usage report and Sales KPI report
• Any others duties as assigned by Superior Assist Sales Executive

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE O Level Qualification
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Salary: $1,600 – $1,700 per month (Subject to experience & qualifications)
• Work Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm , Mon-Fri; Location Tanjong Penjuru
