Content Marketing Manager
Our Client is a leading online property organization. They now offer an exciting opportunity for self-motivated, dynamic individuals to join their ever expanding online team in building up a strong business and regional presence for their services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create content calendar that delivers great experiences to our key audiences (first-time property buyers, upgraders, and property investors, and expatriates)
- Create insights on what content our audiences prefer
- Lead the process of content planning, creation, distribution
- Innovate on content formats; written, video, user-generated, etc.
- Track measureable content performance in terms of traffic, engagement, leads
- Drive process of content creation:
- Hold content creators accountable to timely and quality delivery
- Leverage internally-driven content sources such as our listing base, property events, key note speaker occurrences, PR content, content from the company’s other markets (Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia), etc.
- Create network of internal and external content contributors: bloggers, news portals, lifestyle writers etc
- Ensure content distribution that delivers on traffic and engagement objectives
- Define and implement strategies to leverage our internal media (website, database, social media etc.) to engage with and grow our audiences
- Work with Online Marketing team to drive content amplification and syndication beyond existing audiences
- Build a strong Public Relations function and media network
- Have an eye for news-worthy angles for PR purpose, and interesting stories to engage consumers
- Analyse data to create interesting talking points
- Build a strong content plan for Social Media
- Build a network of content distribution partners, incl. online publishers, etc.
- Manage content for “New Launches”
- Defining the content, working with in-house writers to provide useful information, including analysis of the development
- Managing a Content Writer to plan the creation and amplification of New Launches
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Advertising or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years in Marketing communications (Public Relations, publishing, advertising, etc.) with 2 years’ experience in online industry
- Proven track record in leadership – both informal and formal: strong communication skills, systematic, diligent at planning, holds people accountable to delivery on commitment, fact-based style towards process improvement
- Analytical, attention to small details, team-player
- Interest and prior experience in real estate has an added advantage
