CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accountable for setting-out survey points and levels on site
• Accountable for carrying out relevant site measurements for computation of interim and final quantities of work done
• Accountable for preparing and submitting pre and post construction drawings
• Liaises with Chief Surveyor to resolve survey discrepancies
• Performs other duties as assigne

PERIODIC DUTIES:

• Monitors and arranges surveying instruments for calibrations twice a year
• Attends site progress meetings
• Monitors settlement markers when necessar

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certified in Cadastral Survey Course
• Min. 5 – 10 years relevant work experience in civil field
• Hands-on experience in survey instruments and interpretation of construction drawings
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
• Report to Senior/Project Manager
