Our client offers facilities management services for corporate, education facilities and commercial properties in Singapore and overseas.

You will manage the Food Services contract in the Corporate, Education or Healthcare Account. You will be the first level of contact for the clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall in charge for operations at our client site
• Responsible for producing and presenting food items to  meet customer, client expectations and Sodexo Singapore standards as well as maintain and continuously improve the efficiency and profitability of the operation
• Must be able to demonstrate success in Food and Beverage management, managing food cost & control, menu planning & presentation, budget preparation & production planning.
• Manage the on-site team including cooks, stewards, kitchen helpers, cashiers, catering assistants etc.
• Ensure that all the systems and processes are implemented and followed as per the company policy
• Responsible for ensuring safety and hygiene policy is strictly followed at the sites
• Responsible for the timely renegotiation of the existing contracts along with rate renewals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min 5 years’ experience in F&B Industries such as hotels, healthcare, schools, retail, fast-food chain or large catering company with at least 3 years managerial experience.
• Multi-site management will be advantageous
• Tertiary qualification preferred
• Possess Food Hygiene Officer Course Certificate though not a must
• Possess good F&B product knowledge, business market trends and potentials
• Good planning and organizational skills in operations, budgetary and cost management
• Strong leadership, initiative and ability to lead / motivate a diverse team plus excellent communication both written and spoken are essential.
• Self-starter with high levels of initiative and drive
