Assistant Manager (Talent Recruiting)
Our client is a MNC and a leader in TFT-LCD manufacturer. Spreading their operations across the globe, they are looking for an Assistant Manager (Talent Recruiting) to join their expansion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review HR policies / procedures for process improvement to enhance our competitiveness
- Review existing workflow programs to improve work efficiency
- Oversee recruitment activities to align with organization manpower plan, including local and overseas recruitment drives
- Recommend commencing salary of new hires, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
- Track and analyse Recruitment turnaround time
- Maintain and analyse monthly exit interview report, provide findings and proposal to improve situation
- Advise and assist department managers / supervisors in handling grievances and counselling of employees
- Ensure just course of action to be in consistence with MOM and company’s rules and regulations
- Industrial Relations
- Collaborate & negotiate with IR officer and Union committee members
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in HR Management or Business Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory role, preferably from manufacturing industries
- Excellent leadership, self-directed and assertive
- Excellent presentation and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Chinese speaking as the candidate will be required to liaise with our HQ in Taiwan. Certain documents from HQ are also in Chinese.
Attractive remuneration packages will be commensurate with experience.
