Our client is a local giant company is offering exciting opportunities for self-motivated, dynamic individuals to join their ever expanding IT team in building up a strong business and regional presence for their products and services. Their presence in Southeast Asia’s leading media organisation, engaging minds and enriching lives across multiple languages and platforms. Our client is now hiring suitably qualified candidates as part of their growth strategy and expansion plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop IT strategy to support the company’s mission and core objectives
    • Manage and work with cross function teams to deliver business results
    • Direct, manage and motivate the IT staff
    • Plan, control and implement IT policies, procedures and standards
    • To offer technical advice and consultancy on new technology adoption to drive business innovations and process streamlining
    • Negotiate service legal agreements with relevant service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure the agreed targets and standards are met

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A degree with minimum 5 years of working experience in either the media industry or online & mobile digital space
  • Strong project management skills
  • Web experience with WORDPRESS, PHP, jQuery, Oracle, MySQL and PHP Framework
  • Mobile experience with iOS and Android based application for both native and hybrid has an added advantage.
  • A proven track record of driving and defining complex IT strategy
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Prior experience in developing / maintaining web applications

Attractive remuneration packages will be commensurate with successful candidates’ experience.
