RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To do tooling set up of the stamping press machine and related equipment for production run and to ensure a high standard of quality part are produced

• Practice good housekeeping and cultivate good manufacturing habit
• Feedback defective problems pertaining to stamping process and daily activities to your respective supervisor
• Set up die on the press machine and do adjustment on the product dimensions. Submit the part for QC verification. After that monitoring first reel run check part dimensions must meet the QC dimensions before hand over to production run.

• Need some experience skill on the surface grinding machine to do re-sharpening of carbide material cutting punches and die inserts

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Secondary qualification or other Technical/Professional Qualification: NTC 3 in Metal Machining or NTC 2 in Tool and Die making
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Stamping industry
