RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate new calls to generate interest and secure appointments with prospective customers
• Identify, contact and generate leads to gain market share
• Send eDMs showcasing the companies services
• Perform account searches on the Internet
• Assess prospect needs and document potential sales opportunities to account manager
• Telephone or email to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up on initial interactions
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
• Review monthly hit rate and status reports
• Any other tasks as assigned by team manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
• Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
