Join a future oriented team of experts in the field of air filtration systems. Our client, an MNC, is a comprehensive heat exchange solutions provider aiming for clean water, energy efficiency and sustainability. Located in Tuas, they now have a vacancy for a Technical Sales Support Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in order handling activities
• Managing general BOM Journal, KitBOM
• Enter and maintain order records and documents
• Placing order to suppliers and monitor the delivery of parts from suppliers
• Coordinate with workshop for assembly schedule
• Submission of approval documents to customer for approval
• Coordinate with third party for documents approval and inspection
• Create general arrangement drawing using AutoCAD
• Compilation of final documents for orders
• Support  project  documentation
• Other ad-hoc duties and projects as and when required within the job scope

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma  in mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Preferably related experience in marine / oil & gas or engineering sector. Candidate without experience may also apply as full training will be provided.
• Proficiency in  Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD will be an added advantage
• Able to liaise with associates from China
• Willing to work in Tuas (Company transport provided at Tampines, Sengkang & Pioneer)
