RESPONSIBILITIES:
- A support role for the Recruitment & Immigration Director / Executive
Visa & Immigration
- Manage all aspects of Singapore visa service (MOM) including but not limited to application, approval formalities and collection process
- Respond to visa inquiries and assess clients’ eligibility
- Prepare quotes, process invoice and service agreement for clients’
- Ensure clients’ documents and information provided are complete, accurate and correct
- Handle submission of visa application online, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate approval of work visa and arrange medical with visa applicants
- Purchase necessary medical insurance or security bonds for visa applicants
- Keep up-to-date with changes on Singapore visa eligibility requirements and regulations and inform the clients/HR accordingly
- Liaise with relevant Singapore authority (MOM, ICA) on any visa or immigration-related issues
Recruitment
- Source, pre-screen and endorse candidates as per clients’ requirements
- Coordinate interview, contract signing and documentation appointments
- Post and monitor job advertisements on various portals and company website
- Source and handle job portal vendors; and monitor job portal usage and contract expiry
- Prepare weekly & monthly report
- Participate in company-sponsored career fair whenever necessary or needed
- Perform other ad-hoc recruitment activities
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma qualification, applicants without qualifications but have relevant experience are also welcome to apply
- Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels
- Have to undergo for a 4 days CEI (basic) training certification by the company.
- Able to work on tight deadlines and work independently
- Able to start work at short notice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5 days’ work week
- 13th Month Bonus
- Monthly incentives upon hitting KPI target
- Budget $1500 – $2000 per month (Subject to experience & qualification)
