Software Engineer (Machine Design)
Our Client is a public-listed company for over a decade with overseas expansions in SEA. They are specialized in printed circuit board and box-build assembly, equipment design and manufacturing services. They are well equipped in materials management, circuit layout, prototype & development engineering, metal stamping and precision machined components.
They are now seeking motivated professionals to join them as a Software Engineer (Machine Design).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for customer requirement study, design, development, software coding, software debugging, and maintenance of software application for electro-mechanical system / equipment
- Generate documentation for requirement specification, test plan and user manual
- Continuously review and enhance machine software features
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience for Degree holders or 3 years of relevant experience for Diploma holders, preferably in equipment manufacturing environment
- Experience in PC based control programming, good knowledge on servo, stepper motor application, and machine control
- Knowledge in Vb6, VC6, C# and Visual studio .NET 2010 is a must
- Able to work independently with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to travel to customers’ facilities for on-site support
- Salary: $3,000 – $3,600 per month (Subject to experience and qualifications)
