Senior Maintenance Technician (Instrumentation)

Responsibilities:
- To carry out plant preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance, improvement projects, equipment testing and calibration program with consistent engineering, safe work practices and good quality
- To troubleshoot, analyse fault, rectify and test plant process instrument equipment (Ammonia analyzer, pH meter, TOC meter, etc)
- To respond immediately and ensure urgent repairs/unscheduled outrages of plant instrument equipment are attended to
- To oversee and handle maintenance activities as assigned during plant shut down
- To supervise maintenance activities by contractors in assigned scope of work
- To inspect received spare parts and tools, proper storage and safe keeping
- To maintain proper housekeeping as well as tidiness of work areas
- To perform, work activities of either electrical or mechanical when assigned to assist in that specific area by Supervisor
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
- Willing to work in New Water plant at Ulu Pandan
- Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Engineering (Instrumentation)
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in water and waste water, chemical plants, oil and petrochemical industries
- Good knowledge about plant automation and instrumentation
