Our client provides services such as Engineering Design, Project Management, Procurement Support, Fabrication and Installation Engineering services for the Upstream Production and Transportation of Oil & Gas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare Architectural Specifications/Datasheets and Prepare MTO for Architectural Packages
• Perform bid evaluation of supplier proposals for Architectural Packages and perform vendor data review
• Liaise with clients / vendors to resolve design issues
• Coordinate with architectural designer on the drawing production
• Be familiar with the project scope of work, specifications, schedule and all inter-discipline requirements; including identifying issue(s) and taking appropriate initiatives to address them
• Assist Lead Architectural Engineer to monitor changes to scope and raise change notifications (and/or variance reports)
• Perform conceptual and detailed architectural design of living quarters and accommodation buildings for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities for FEED and Detailed Design Phases
• Assist the Lead Architect for providing input into the project engineering schedule, Master Document Register, prepare man-hour estimate for bid proposals or potential work scope changes, including technical query reviews and execution statements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree/Diploma in Architecture
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Architectural design and engineering activities in the Oil and Gas industry
• Flexible working attitude and available to work outside normal working hours if required
• Able to travel on overseas assignment from time to time as required by the Company
• Possess logical and analytical approach to problem solving
• Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
