RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in business development /marketing
  • Cold calling
  • EDM

• Account management / servicing
• Scouting for candidates’ bio data & profiling
• Assist in allocation of client’s positions / job descriptions
• Coordinate interview appointments
• Assist in pre call screening, pre face to face interview, recommendation & selection process
• Close follow-up with clients/candidates on job positions/interview status

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field or those without qualification but have “fire” to excel in sales are also welcome to apply
• Good communication skills and able to interact with people of all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
• 5-days work week but willing to work beyond the norms as to achieve the given sales target
• Have initiative, innovative, independent, hardworking & lots of enthusiasms
• High work ethic
• Able to start work at short notice or immediate
• Have to undergo for a sponsored 4-days CEI (Basic) training & certification
