Located in Jurong, they now have a vacancy for a Project Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate project planning schedule and implementation, including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives.
• Participate in project budget planning and development
• Establishes project work plan and calendar or schedules; monitor, review and evaluate progress; track activities and develop team communication
• Coordinate and attend meetings; establish and maintain internal and external contacts
• Provide advice to clients; serve as a liaison; act as a resource person by performing research, analysing information, providing documentation and preparing technical reports
• Monitor record staff; assign tasks and set priorities.
• Prepare records of project activities; oversee and ensure timely processing and the delivery os required materials
• Verify and analyse the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by project; resolve any discrepancies or problems

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• One to two year of experience in projects-related role
• Computer literate and has basic knowledge in understanding engineering drawings
• Able to develop and maintain a detailed project-schedule, monitor and modify project schedule, track project activities and team communication
• Strong written & oral communication skills, and has the ability to produce technical reports
• Strong analytical skills and has the ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a challenging environment
• Able to react to project adjustments and alternations promptly and efficiently
• Persuasive, encouraging and motivating
• Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
• Willing to do hands-on jobs
• Willing to be deployed in overseas job assignments
