JOB TITLE: Logistic & Procurement Admin Assist
DIRECT REPORT TO: Senior Procurement/Admin Executive
MATRIX REPORT TO: Assistant HR & Admin Manager
DIRECT SUBORDINATES: NA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be willing to be stationed in Johor Bahru, Malaysia & monthly package shall be paid in Ringgit currency.
- Responsible for logistic movement monitoring (in-house).
- Coordination with transporter (keep track of transporter movement)
- Assist in procurement process preparation (PO, MRF, comparison table, update, etc.)
- Coordination with Engineer for end production delivery, incoming, etc. for logistic requirement.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum ‘O’/’A’ Level /SPM
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
