RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the smooth operations and compliance to all relevant authorities requirements
• Plan and implement property maintenance works
• Review and improve preventive and corrective maintenance
• Carry out inspection and maintenance on building facilities and equipment
• Provide efficient and effective solutions on all building services works
• Be company’s representative for EHS Management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
• Technical knowledge in building and service management
• Experience in construction industry is an added advantage
• Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD
• Driving license an added advantage
• Company transport will be provided in designated MRT stations
