Digital Project Administrator for eCommerce
Our Client has a diversified business portfolio which includes Marketing and Distribution, Manufacturing Services and Logistics, and IT Systems Integration and Consultation Services. They are well-recognized for their commitment to deliver best technologies and total solutions in the region.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage our partner merchants, product managers, technology teams, marketers and other business partners to ensure that the content is properly defined, documented, planned, executed, and verified across all of our channels (web, mobile web, mobile app, internal) and concepts of our eCommerce platform.
- Own the content execution with team members to ensure optimal customer experience.
- Collaborate with key business partners to generate ideas and execute key initiatives, owning timeline and accountable to dates and results.
- Collaborate with key business partners to define and implement process improvements that will save manual work, reduce quality issues, and enhance the customer experience.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to set and meet deadlines as well as provide direction and appropriate feedback.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree with minimum 1 year experience in eCommerce business operation.
- Experience in Content Management Systems
- Team player and sales oriented.
- Possess superb communication, time management and organisational skills
- Able to work with people at different corporate levels.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word and Excel, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
