Our client is now hiring suitably qualified candidates as part of their growth strategy and expansion plans.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend to phone-in enquiries and feedback on newspaper and magazine subscriptions, promotions and delivery issues
  • Handle email correspondences
  • Manage customer relationship through effective follow-up and appropriate resolutions
  • Assist in administrative duties and ad-hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferably in a call centre environment
  • Passion for customer service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking subscribers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and internet savvy
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.  Overtime may be required on week days during subscription drive
  • Required to work on  Saturday or Sunday from 8am to 12.30pm  (approximate 3 times in 8 weeks)
