Our Client is a leading technology and solutions provider to the food manufacturing industry with focused on food safety and security. They are also a known provider of die casting, wet grinding, and surface coating technologies, with a focus on applications in the automotive, optics, electronics, printing, packaging, and glass technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ERP system coordinating and project roll out in the South East Asia region
• Review process improvement regularly
• Conduct process gap review and analysis, make recommendations to improve processes and efficiencies
• Writing Policies and Procedures/SOP Manual
• Support;

1. Evaluation of material planning and supply chain distribution and with data collected, set up process/ make recommendation on “Made to Order”/ “Made to Sales” inventory model
2. Set up of material planning, production plan procedure and SOP

• The review & process planning of creating a new distribution hub

1. The process of working with factories/ service workshops for cost effective 3rd party logistics warehouse management and freight handling

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
• Good understanding and experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
• Experience in business process gap analysis
• Experience with demand/supply material planning would be an advantage
• Basic understanding of Finance & Accounting as well as supply chain process
• Willing to travel
• Direct report to Regional CFO
