Work Location: Central, Singapore.
Salary Range: Market Rate

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Virtual Construction Integration and BIM Execution using 3D modeling software.
• Creating and/ or modifying building models during the pre-construction and/or construction stages
  of projects.
• Establish and maintain BIM systems and standards for projects.
• Manage process of exchange and coordination between architects/ engineers/ contractors and
  other project team members.
• Preparation of submissions complying with various authorities guidelines.

Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Architecture/ Civil/ Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• Must be certified in AutoCAD/ Autodesk/ Revit or other related BIM Illustration software.
• A Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in building construction is required.
• A proven track record of successful local project implementation in residential/ industrial/
  commercial building projects.
• Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and submissions.
• Only Singaporeans/ Singapore Permanent Residents/ Valid Singapore Work-Pass Holders need
